Spoiler Blur is a Chrome extension developed by Enigma Lab. It is designed so that your data stays with you: the extension has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
To blur spoilers, the extension reads the text of posts, comments, trends, and video titles on x.com, twitter.com, reddit.com, and youtube.com as you browse, and compares it against your keywords. This matching happens entirely inside your browser. The content of the pages you visit is never transmitted anywhere.
The extension makes network requests to exactly one service: Polar (polar.sh), our payment provider — and only when you activate or re-validate a Premium license key. The request contains the license key and its activation ID, nothing else. See Polar's privacy policy.
Payments are processed entirely on Polar's checkout pages. We never see or store your payment details or email address in the extension.
Uninstalling the extension removes all data it stored in your browser. For questions about a Premium purchase (handled by Polar), or anything else, contact us.
If this policy changes, the update will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
