Posts aren't being blurred

• Check that the extension toggle (top-right of the popup) is on, and the keyword list's checkbox is checked.
• Matching is case-insensitive but literal: the keyword must appear in the post's text. Add common variations (e.g. "hotd" as well as "house of the dragon").
• Spoiler Blur works on x.com/twitter.com, reddit.com, and youtube.com in Chrome — not in the X, Reddit, or YouTube mobile apps.
• On Reddit, the new design (www.reddit.com) is supported; old.reddit.com support is coming in a future update.

How do I activate Premium?

After purchase, your license key arrives by email. Open the Spoiler Blur popup, click "Enter license key" at the bottom, paste the key and hit Activate.

"This key has reached its device limit"

A license works on up to 3 devices. If you've replaced a computer and hit the limit, email us and we'll reset your activations.

I lost my license key

Your key was emailed by Polar (our payment provider) at purchase. Search your inbox for "Polar", or email us with the address you purchased with and we'll look it up.

Refunds

Premium comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy for any reason? Email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
